摘要
风力在速度与方向上的不稳定性可引发结构的振动并可导致损坏。由于气象资料取值周期较长而结构自振周期一般在秒的数量级 ,因此现有描述风不稳定性的数据常不符合结构动力分析的需要。本文观测记录了滨海、高山及城郊等不同地貌测点其风速、风向同时逐秒的变化。数据显示滨海测点风较稳定 ,高山测点在不同风向下所测风皆有一定程度不稳定性 ,而城郊测点风不稳定性较大。因此认为对于在不利地形条件下工作的结构应进行必要的风动力分析。
The instable wind speed and direction may lead to structural vibration and even damage. The weather data are usually taken in long period of time, while free vibration period of structures is in second order of magnitude, so the present data to describe wind instability could not meet the demand of dynamic analysis. In this paper, the simultaneous changes of wind speed and direction are observeed by seconds at spots of different geography(seaside), mountains and suburbs. The data show increasing wind stability wind from suburbs mountains to seaside, indicating evident influences of different geography on the wind stability. Therefore dynamic analysis are necessary for structures working in the disadvantageous landform.
