监理单位工作质量监控评价系统的研究

Study of the monitoring and evaluating system of supervision work

现阶段因无法对监理单位的工作进行客观地综合评价 ,致使监理工作既不能得到社会的广泛认同 ,也无法有效规范监理单位的企业行为 ,因此就监理工作影响工程质量的因素进行了层次分析 ,提出了监理单位工作质量的监控评价系统 ,研究了评价系统的构造和评价方法。监管部门利用这套评价方法可针对某一建设项目的监理进行客观。

At present, as no way to objectively evaluate such a work, on one hand, the supervision work can′t get the acknowledgement from the society, without any effective way to regulate the supervision company′s deed as well. The monitoring and evaluating system of supervision work is presented in this paper, which could be referred as a way to evaluate the supervision work in a given construction project.
