城市燃气爆炸极限计算与分析

Analysis and estimates on the explosive limites of the city gas

对影响城市燃气爆炸极限的因素进行了讨论。指出有关文献上公布的燃气爆炸极限是在一定条件下测定的 ,空气中含有略超出文献公布爆炸上、下限范围的可燃气体 ,在一定的条件下也可能产生爆炸。对燃气爆炸极限的计算方法和计算误差进行了分析 ,指出在使用爆炸极限时应考虑安全系数。

The factors affecting explosive limits of city gas are analysed in this paper. The reports on explosive limits of city gas are tested under special conditions. They are usually different from the real values .In practical engineering, the flammable gas in air may explode even beyond the tested explosive limits. Based on the analysis of calculating methods and error evaluation, a proper formula for estimation of explosive limits in practical engineering is recommended. It is suggested that the security factor should be taken into account in parameter selection related to explosive limits of city gas.
