摘要
采用化学沉淀法制备了纳米级 3Y TZP粉体 ,制得了粒径尺寸为 8~ 16nm ,少团聚的粉体。热压烧结得到相对密度为 97% ,晶粒尺寸为 10 0nm~ 2 5 0nm的 3Y TZP陶瓷片。通过研究成形温度对成形性能的影响 。
