摘要
HMN5 9 2 1是近年来轿车用的同步器齿环的主要合金之一。本文通过在Gleeble 15 0 0热模拟机上的模拟试验 ,系统地研究了锻造热力参数 (变形速度、变形温度、变形程度 )与HMN5 9 2 1合金流动应力的数值关系 ,并且通过其真实σ ε曲线 ,采用数理统计原理科学地分析并回归出了能综合反映锻造热力参数对材料成形性能影响的本构方程 ,为HMN5 9 2
HMN59\|2\|1 is one of the main alloy using in the synchronal gears of the cars.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the numerical relation in details between the thermal mechanical parameteres of forging(strain rate,deformation temperature, strain) and the flow stress of HMN59\|2\|1 alloy by experimental simulation on Gleeble\|1500 machine, and through the true σ ε curves to regress the constituve equation scientifically that reflect how the thermal mechanical parameteres influence the forming of material. It is the foundation of numerical simulation of forging of the HMN59\|2\|1 alloy and controling the themal machanistic parameter of forging with reason.
