Analysis on the height dimensional precision of rotary forging formed parts

摘要 扼要介绍了摆动辗压成形过程的工作原理及摆头运动轨迹 ;详细分析了摆头运动倾角(即摆角 )的大小与摆头锥角不匹配和摆辗中心的偏移对摆动辗压成形件高度尺寸精度的影响 ,探讨了国内外摆辗机的合理应用范围 。 This paper presented the working theory of rotary forging forming and the orbits of the rocking shaft simply, and also analyzed the influence on the height dimensional precision of rotary forging formed parts detailedly, which was caused by the deflection of the rotary forging center and the unequal angle between rotary obliquity(that is angle of oscillation) and the taper of the rocking shaft. This paper also presented the appropriate application range of rotary forging presses which were produced home and abroad, and educed the following result:when the rotary forging press worked with a smaller angle of oscillation, it was suitable to forming net or near net shape parts.
