摘要
本文对安钢板坯液压振动及其在板坯生产中的应用进行介绍,对原来使用的振动参数出现的表面质量进行分析,并在板坯生产实践中将振动参数进行合理优化,对减少表面横裂纹和角部横裂纹废品有很大作用。
This paper introduced the CCM mould hydraulic oscillation and its application in Angang,and analysed the defect of surface quality with the primary oscillating parameters. We look measurements to optimize the hydraulic oscillating parameters in practice, greatly improving the slab surface quality and decreasing the rejection of cross surface crack and cross comer crack .
