摘要
通过对经磷硫复合变质的过共晶Al Si合金在不同二次加热条件下的显微组织的研究 ,探讨了过共晶Al Si合金实现二次成形的可能性。结果表明 ,加热温度和加热时间均对过共晶Al Si合金的显微组织 ,特别是共晶硅的形态 ,有明显的影响 ;选择合适的加热温度和加热时间 ,可以有效地实现过共晶Al Si合金的二次成形。
By studying the microstructure of the S+P modified hyper-eutectic Al-Si alloys after reheating under different conditions the reformation of these alloys was discussed. It is clear that, both the holding temperature and the holding time have apparent influence on the microstructure of these alloys, and the reformation of such alloys could be carried out sufficiently as the holding temperature and the holding time are suitable.
