摘要
阐述了采用电炉与钢包炉双联、真空精炼、大气下注的工艺生产300MW发电机护环用钢的生产过程,并着重讨论了高Mn、高Cr时N的溶解度和真空下Mn的行为,以及生产方案的可行性及相应的措施。
It has been introduced that the production process for retaining ring steel of 300MW genera-tor by duplex process with electric furnace and fining furnace, vacuum refining and open bottom pouring process. It has been emphatically discussed about N solubility at high Mn content and high Cr content, Mn action at vacuum > production plan practicability and corresponding measurements.
