摘要
对现有离心鼓风机 D90 0— 2 .5 /0 .97的三元流改造 ,使风机的流量从 90 0 m3/min提高到1 1 0 0 m3/min,出口压力由 2 .45× 1 0 5Pa提高到 2 .94× 1 0 5Pa,风机的最高效益由 78%提高到 82 % ,效果优于国内同等风机的改造效果。节省了投资 。
Since centrifugal blower D900-2 5/0 97 was remaked with three dimensional,flow model,the blows raises from 900 m 3/min to 1 100 m 3/min,the exit pressure increases from 2 45×10 5 Pa to 2 94×10 5 Pa, the top efficiency advances from 78% to 82%.The remarking effect is better than other blower reforming in our county.The remaking economizes much investment and creates better economic effects.
