摘要
根据TDICCD器件的特点,分析了光学系统、像元尺寸对图像分辨力的影响,研究了器件噪声、速高比和曝光控制对图像质量的影响。采用相关双采样技术、速高比自动引入和自动曝光技术,提高了TDICCD相机的成像质量。
According to the properties of TDICCD,the effect of optical system and pixel dimension on resolution is analyzed and the effect of CCD noise, speed-altitude ratio and exposure control on image quality is discussed. After adopting the correlated double sampling technique, automatic speed-altitude ratio and automatic and exposure control,the image quality of TDICCD camera has been improved.
