摘要
用电阻法研究了 Cr,Mo和 Nb等常用合金元素的添加对 Fe3 Al基合金有序转变温度 Tc 的影响。结果表明 ,Fe3 Al材料本身的进一步有序化和沉淀相的溶解使其 R-T曲线出现反常现象 ;Cr的含量对三元 Fe-Al-Cr合金中 Tc 温度无显著影响 ;将 Mo,Nb加入到 Fe3 Al中会导致其 Tc 温度增加 ;在四元 Fe-Al-Cr-Mo合金中 ,Mo和 Cr的良好匹配能有效地提高 Fe3 Al的 Tc
The effects of additions of chromium, molybdenum and niobium on order transformation temperature of Fe 3Al-based alloys are investigated by measuring its electric resistance. Due to further ordering and precipitation dissolving in Fe 3Al-based alloys,the resistence-temperature curves tested become abnormal. Addition of chrominum to ternary Fe-Al-Cr alloys results in insignificant effect on the order transformation temperature. Both molybdenum and niobium addition to Fe 3Al-based alloys increase their order transformation temperature.In Fe-Al-Cr-Mo alloys,optimum combination of molybdenum and chromium can effectively improve the order transformation temperature of Fe 3Al-based alloys.
