摘要
根据电厂冷却塔内壁涂料防水防潮性能的特殊要求 ,综合考虑经济性和工艺性 ,研制了一种高性能的苯乙烯 -丙烯酸酯防水涂料。在研制过程中 ,根据苯 -丙涂料的乳液聚合机理 ,优选了乳液聚合的单体和对应的乳化剂、引发剂等添加剂的配方以及合成路线 ,经过反复筛选 ,确定了具有低成本、高性能的组分配方和合理的工艺路线。解决了涂料乳液聚合中新型高效助剂的关键技术 ,除用于电厂冷却塔内壁外 。
In order to meet request of painting with waterproof and moisture proof for wall of cooling tower in power plant, a kind of Styrene Acrylic painting with high quality and waterproof is developed, having economic ability and manufacturability. In the research, the copolymer monomer, emulsifying agent, initiator and other additions, etc, are selected and studied according to the emulsions polymerization mechanism. An optimal formulation and a technical path are obtained, which has the features of low costing and high property. This paper provides a new type high-property additive in the emulsions polymerization and gains the optimal formulation and technical path. Study shows that the painting can be widely used in other waterproof equipments and facilities; it is a hopeful painting in many fields. The tests of performance on painting show that the Styrene-Acrylate painting has excellent properites as follows: (1)good waterproof, which can bear 100℃ boiling water; (2)good manufacturability, which can be directly painted in the humid surface and its attachment-power is over 2°. (3)good integrated property, e.g., its costing is much lower than other waterproof coating, it does not contains solvent so is no pollution. While curing time can be greatly shorted and has good reservs stability.
