论金代黄河之泛滥及其治理

On Inundation of the Yellow River and Its Harnessing During the Jin Dynasty

金代黄河多次泛滥 ,成为我国历史上黄河泛滥最为严重的朝代之一。官僚腐败 ,朝廷防水机构松散 ,官吏不负责任 ,治水决策失误 ,缺乏长远的治水规划 ,没有居安思危预防为主的防洪措施等 ,使金代黄河接连多次的泛滥成灾 ,社会经济受到严重破坏 ,从而加速了金朝的衰败。

The Yellow River inundated frequently in the Jin dynasty and thus the Jin dynasty became one of the dynasties with the most serious inundation of the Yellow River in the Chinese history.The bureaucratic corruption,the loose anti flood structure of the court,the irresponsibility of the officials,the fault of the flood control policy,the lack of long term flood control plan and the lack of prevention beforehand were the causes why in the Jin dynasty the Yellow River indundated so frequently and the social economy was badly damaged in this way they accelerated the decline of the Jin dynasty.
