中国经济发展的基础和前提条件与西方发达国家是非常不一样的。理论转化为政策需要条件,需要我们认真地分析和了解中国的实际国情,找出与西方发达国家不同之处。这好比高速公路上跑的奔驰车与碎石路上跑的伏尔加车,好比急性病与慢性综合病所需的不同药方,也好比玻璃杯与瓦罐的透明度是不一样的。只有从实际出发,将理论与实际相联系,我们才能够有效地解决中国经济发展中的实际问题,才能学以致用。

The basis and prerequisite of the development of Chinese economy is quite different from developed countries.The theory being changed into the policy has to possess a certain condition.It needs us to analyze and understand the real national condition of China.It also needs us to find out the differences between China and developed countries.The aspect mentioned above can be compared to a Benz car running on an expressway and a Vodka car running on broken stone road;It also can be compared to that we need the different prescription of medicine to cure the acute disease and chronic synthetically disease;And it can be compared to that it's a different transparency between glass and earthen jar.If we do all the things based on reality and integrate theory with practice,then we can effectively solve the actual problem in the development process of Chinese economy,and we can also study for the purpose of application.
