大众化:高等教育的演变

Popularization:Evolution of Higher Education

高等教育大众化不仅是毛入学率量的增进 ,更是高等教育质的演变。本文引入惯性回归力与涨落力的概念探讨了事物演变的一般机制 ,并据此机制进一步分析了社会经济、政治、文化等因素对高等教育发展所起的促进与制约作用。在此基础上 ,对如何促使我国高等教育向大众化转变进行了探讨 :经济的发展与产业结构的调整 ,将促进高等教育向大众化的演变 ;发展高等职业技术教育是大众化的必然选择 ,需要积极的政策引导 ;高等教育大众化目标的实现 。

The popularization is the evolution of Higher Education. Using the concepts of inertial resilience and fluctuating force,this paper analyzes the general mechanism about effects of the society to Higher Education.Then it points out that the development of the economy and the adjustment of the industrial structure will promote the popularization of higher education,and that developing the professional education is the inevitable choice to realize popularization. popularization needs positive policy leading,and realization of popularization also depends on the change of people's idea about Higher Education from elite to mass.
