摘要
文章提出了工科高校培养应用型人才的毕业论文教学管理模式 ,涉及五方面内容 :精选课题、充实内涵 ,建立选题、立题“二审”制度 ;采取多种指导方式 ,充分发挥教师主导作用 ;采取多种教学模式 ,重视发挥学生的主体作用 ;建立了过程质量监督机制和评分指标体系。通过几年的教学研究与实践 ,取得了显著的教学效果。
This paper puts forth a teaching management model of graduation theses in engineering colleges with a purpose of training practical type talents. The model involves five aspects: choosing topics carefully and making the research substantial; setting up a system of two step examination and approval; adopting various fashions of supervision to allow the teachers to play fully as supervisors; adopting various teaching methods to encourage students to do independent research; establishing a mechanism of quality control and criteria for grading the theses. Good results have been achieved by adopting this teaching model in the recent years.
