西方国家利益集团与议会议员之间存在着千丝万缕的关系 ,导致权钱交易、行贿受贿等不胜枚举 ,议员的贪污腐化也是层出不穷。为此 ,西方国家制定了诸多与议员相关的法律法规 ,试图加强对议会议员的管理 ,维护政府的公平廉洁形象。

There are innumerable links between interest groups and members of parliament (or members of a legislative assemebly),which lead to deals between power and money bribery,and corruption of the members of parliament.Therefore,a lot of laws and regulations have been made in western countries to condition them so as to maintain clean governments.
