信息化是把“双刃剑” ,一方面使居于发展优势地位的城市“信息过剩” ;另一方面又给本来处于发展劣势地位的农村造成严重的“信息饥饿”。所以 。
Informationization is a double-edge sword.On the one hand,it has made the relatively developed cities overloaded with information,and on the other hand the relatively underdeveloped rural areas can not aquire enough information.It is of great significance for us to have a correct understanding of the realization of informationization in the rural areas.
