Rapid development of modern science and technology requires people to recognize the significance of scientific revolution so as to understand its ideological value, to leave behind such mistakes as “technology worship” and “instrument reason”, to cultivate the human spirits at the age of high technology, and to realize the functional influence of science and technology on human destiny and the ultimate spiritual world. In the huge system of 'science and technology, human, society, and nature', therefore, unties are to be made between scientific and technical civilization and human morality, between scientific and technical civilization and human development and between scientific and technical creation and social sustainable development.
