This paper gives an account of the present situations of the financing environment for Chinas medium and small sized enterprises and makes an analysis of the causes for their financing setback,then goes on to put forward the proposal that China should set up a financing system for her medium and small sized enterprises in conformity with Chinas actual conditions and through drawing on foreign experiences
