兰靛果芽特性与花芽分化的研究

Stduy on bud property and flower bud differentiation of Lonicera caerulea L.

用石蜡切片法对兰靛果芽的特性及花芽分化特点进行研究。结果表明 ,兰靛果枝条的每个叶腋中具有 3个芽 ,为单列迭生芽 ,3个芽的形态结构、大小及生理活动状态具一定差异 ,一般下芽为活动芽 ,属于混合芽类型。花芽形态分化前后 ,各种糖类和可溶性蛋白质有规律变化 ;形态分化过程可分为分化初期、花序原基分化期和小花形成期。

Adopting paraffin method,the bud property and flower bud differentiation of Lonicera caerulea L.was studied in this paper.Results indicated that the bud of Lonicera caerulea L.belonged to single-line stratified bud composed of three buds which differed in size and physiology state.Generally,basal bud was active and mixed.Before and after flower bud differentiation,carbohydrate and nitride of the leaf changed regularly.Its flower bud differentiation included primary differentiating period,differetiating period of inflorescence primordium and floral differentiation period.$$$$
