石鲽人工育苗技术研究

Study on the Technique of Artificial Seed- rearing of the Stone Flounder Kareius bicoloratus

根据石鳞的生物学特性，对其人工育苗中的亲鱼选择培育、采卵授精、人工孵化、仔稚鱼培育等关键技术进行了试验研究，并探讨了其与水温、光照等的关系。

In accordance with the biological characteristic of the fish, the technique of the se- lecting and culturing of the parents fish, the col- lecting of the eggs,fertilizing,hatching and rearing of the fry was studied, the influence of the water temperature and the illumination to the seed rear- ing was also discussed.
