猪带绦虫六钩蚴的体外培养

Cultivation of Oncospheres of Taenia Solium in vitro

采用 12种培养体系培养猪带绦虫六钩蚴 ,结果发现单层细胞且无气相存在的培养体系效果较好 ,促使大部分六钩蚴进入了六钩蚴后期发育 ,且虫体可延长存活至 16d。

culture systems were applied to cultivate oncospheres of Taenia solium .The results showed that an in vitro culture system incorporating a cell monolayer without gas phase was better and able to induce most of the oncospheres of T.solium to enter post-oncosperal development. The larva could survive for 16 days.
