富硒玉米油不皂化物成分的分离与测定

Analysis on Unsaponifiables in Corn Oil Rich in Selenium

用制备薄层层析法将富硒玉米油的不皂化物分成 7个部分 ,然后用气相色谱法分别测定甾醇、4 -甲基甾醇和三萜醇的组成。分离、鉴定了Δ7-豆甾烯醇乙酸酯 (Δ7-stigmastenolacetate)、β -谷甾醇乙酸酯 (β -sitosterolacetate)、豆甾醇乙酸酯 (stigmasterolacetate)、Δ5-燕麦甾醇乙酸酯 (Δ5-avenasterolacetate)等

The unsaponifiables from mentioned corn oil rich in selenium were separated by designed TLC of silica gel G into 7 fractions. The sterol,4-methylsterol and triterpene alcohol were analyzed quantitatively by GC. Insterol fraction, Δ 7 -stigmastenol acetate,β-sitosterol acetate,stigmasterol acetate and Δ 5 -avenasterol acetate were separated by TLC of silica gel G impregnated with silver nitrate.They were identified by melting point determination,optical rotation and gas chromotography.
