Techonlogy innovation is a great impetus to economy development and vital for enterprise's survival and development.This paper expounds the main contents of enterprise innovation from the connotation of technology innovation,and analyzes the major problems facing Chinese enterprises,then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
