自我监控能提高智力活动的效率和成功的可能性。写作也是一种智力活动。通过在自然条件下随机实验组和对照组前后测试实验 ,发现自我监控训练在写作构思阶段、思想表达阶段。

Self regulation can raise the efficiency of intelligence activity and improve the possibility of success.Writing is an intelligence activity.By an experiment of pre post test of random experimental group and control group,we found that self regulation training plays an important role in constructive stage,expressive stage and revising stage,and it can greatly increase students' writing ability.
