大果冬青种子的休眠与萌发初探

Preliminary Study on Dormancy and Germination of Ilex Macrocarpa Oliv. Seeds

大果冬青的种壳占种子风干重的 75 % ,种子透水性良好。浓硫酸处理 1.5小时后 ,可使种壳减轻 32 .6 %。酸蚀处理增强了种子的透气性并减轻了种壳的机械束缚力。添加 2 5 0 mg· L- 1 +0 .2 % KNO3溶液 ,经过一个冬天层积后 ,发芽率可达17.1% 。

The seed coat, which is about 75% the total weight of air dried seed of Ilex macrocarpa Oliv., is permeable by water. After the pretreatment by concentrated H 2SO 4 for 1.5 hours, which reduced the weight of the seed coat by about 32.6%. After the H 2SO 4 pretreatment increased the air permeability and reduced the mechanical restraint of the seeds coat. After cold stratificalion over winter in sand moistened with 250 mg·L -1 GA 3+0.2%KNO 3 solution, the pretreated seed had 17.1% germination, while the coutrol seeds did not germinate.
