摘要
中国教师教育职前职后相隔离的现状同世界教师教育一体化趋势相矛盾。以教师资格证为纽带 ,师资培养培训机构合并 ,打通学历进修连接通道 ,以职务评聘为杠杆 。
The present situation that the teachers profession pre cultivating and post training isolate each other in China is contrary to the tendency of the educational organism of the world's teachers . The author concludes that with the tie of teacher's certificate and through combining with the organizations of the teacher cultivating and the teacher training , straightening out the thinking of the educational background for advanced studies , using the duty evaluation as a lever and establishing the mutual moving mechanism between teachers profession pre cultivating and post training , the contradiction can be solved .
