电针刺激对大鼠外周血白细胞、骨髓CFU—GM及血浆cGMP含量的影响

EFFECT OF ELECTROACUPUNCTURE ON PERIPHERAL LEUKOCYTE COUNT, CFU-GM FREQUENCY AND PLASMA cGMP LEVEL IN RAT

电针刺激大鼠脾俞、足三里、肝俞、三阴交、肾俞及悬钟穴位后、外周血白细胞计数、骨髓CFU-GM及血浆而cGMP含量均明显升高,但不影响骨髓有核细胞数。

Acupuncture therapy has certain curative effect on leukopenia.Adopting the acupuncture points and the duration of the treatment used clinically for the leukopenia as reference, the authors compared the changes of the number of peripheral leukocytes, of bone marrow CFU-GM and the level of plasma cGMP between the electroacupuncture stimulation group and the control group in male rats. It was found that the immediate effect of electroacupuncture stimulation was the increase of the number of peripheral leukocytes. After one course of treatment the number of bone marrow CFU-GM and the level of plasma cGMP in electroacupuncture group were significantly higher than those of control group. It suggests that the immediate effect caused by acupuncture is a stress reaction, i.e.the cells of marginal granulocyte pool enter into circulation or it is associated with the release of the granulocytes stored in bone marrow and the possible mechanism of curative effect for the acupuncture therapy of granulocytopenia is to enhance the granulopoiesis in bone marrow.
