rHuEPO治疗产后贫血的临床观察

Observation on rHuEPO treatment in Postportum anemia patients

目的:为观察rHuEPO对产后贫血的治疗效果。方法:对产后贫血患者首次皮下注射rHuEPO4000U7d后再注射rHuEPO400。同时治疗组和对照组均予口服硫酸亚铁900mg。结果:rHuEPO组与对照组相比血红蛋白、红细胞数均有明显回升(P< 0.001)。结论:rHuEPO治疗产后贫血是安全、有效的方法。

ve To investigate the efficacy of rHuEPO in treating the anemia in postpartum. Method 50 Posdtpartum anemia patients were treated with rHuEPO 4000IU subeutaneously, Another 50 postpartum anemia patients were selected as control. Oral study and control suppleme group of iron and vitamine C were used. Results Both in Level was increased significantly in the study group than control group (P<0.001). Conclusion rHuEPO therapy for postpartum anemia is effective and safe.
