慢性肾炎患者T淋巴细胞集落形成的变化

IMPAIRED T-LYMPHOCYTE COLONY FORMATION IN CHRONIC NEPHRITIS

测得正常人外周血T淋巴细胞集落形成数(TL—CFU) 通常为2414±199/5×10~5个细胞,而慢性肾炎重度肾功能不全者为860±165、中度为989±361、轻度为1086±212,无肾功能损害者为1693±516。TL—CFU值与肾功能损害程度呈正相关(r=0.74)。其原因可能为肾功能不全时体内的内源性白细胞介素Ⅱ及T淋巴细胞集落提高因子(TLCEF) 产生减少,而使TL—CFU形成受损。

The T lymphocyte-colony forming unity capacity (TL-CFU) was examined in 28 patients with chronic nephritis. Chronic nephritis based on the degree of impairment of renal function was divided into non-renal insufficiency and light, medium, heavy degree of renal insufficiency. It were demonstrated that TL-CFU of peripheral mononuclear cell in normal subjects was 2414±199, in non-renal insufficienoy and light, medium, heavy degree of renal insufficiency were 1693±516, 1086±212, 989±36, 860±165 respectively. There was a significant correlation between the decrease of TL-CFU and the impaired renal function (r = 0.74) . The TLCEF or IL-2 production by stimulated peripheral mononuclear cell from chronic nephritis was lower than that of normal subjects. To explain our observations, we presumed that T colony dysfunction seen in chronic nephritis might in part be due to the decreased TLCEF or IL-2 activity.
