摘要
采用等离子喷涂(PS)方法,在GH536高温合金基材上制备了传统的双层热障涂层(TBCs)和添加Al_2O_3复合连接层热障涂层。传统TBCs结构为Ni22Cr10AlY合金连接层和8wt.%Y_2O_3部分稳定的ZrO_2(8YSZ)陶瓷顶层;双层连接层为Ni22Cr10AlY及Ni22Cr10AlY+Al_2O_3复合层。试样的100小时、1050℃及1050静态氧化试验结果表明:采用复合连接层的TBCs氧化阻力提高;1050℃时复合连接层的阻氧能力降低。
Two type of plasma sprayed(PS) thermal barrier coatiings(TBCs)on GH536 superalloy substrate with different layer of Ni22Cr10A1Y, ZrO_2-8wt pct Y_2O_3 (8YPSZ), and composite layer of Ni22Cr10AlY were prepared. The static oxidation test at 1000℃ and 1050℃ were conducted to evaluate the oxidation kinetice of the TBCs. It is indicated that the higher oxidation resistance is obtained by using of composite Ni22Cr10AlY + Al_2O_3 bond coat, The better oxidation resistance of Al_2O_3 composite layer is due to lineally rich of Al_2O_3 in Ni22Cr10AlY bond coat.
