建筑与绿化争地是城市建设面临的突出问题 .如何对城市绿化潜力作出科学评价 ,是城市绿地规划的关键所在 .以吉林市为实例 ,对城市绿化潜力评价模式及绿化用地潜力分析方法以及挖掘城市绿化潜力的措施进行了初步探讨 。

Urban development needs a great deal of land, including both building land and greenland. But the land is limited; the contradiction of building and greenland becomes more and more serious.How to appraise greenland potentiality is the key to urban greenland planning. In this paper, taking Jilin City as an example, urban greenland potentiality assessment model and its method is discussed.
