摘要
考察了TiO2 溶胶的制备方法和微波后处理对胶粒粒径及玻璃表面TiO2 膜亲水性的影响 .结果表明 ,解胶温度为 40℃制备和经一定时间微波处理得到的TiO2 溶胶的胶粒尺寸较小 ,平均粒径为 13nm 。
Effect of the method of preparation and the microwave treatment of TiO 2 colloid on the hydrophilic properties of the TiO 2 membrane deposited on a glass substrates was studied. The results showed that a smaller size (the average diameter 13?nm) of the TiO 2 colloidal particles was obtained as the preparation at 40?℃ and by a microwave treatment. The membrane-plating glass prepared by using the colloid showed quite good hydrophilic properties owing to fine and close in texture.
