摘要 预应力混凝土整孔简支箱形梁是我国第一条客运专线———秦沈客运专线中的主力梁形 ,由于采用预制装配法施工 ,在移梁、运梁、架设和运营中 ,支座的不平整现象是不可避免的 ,过大的不平整度将严重影响结构的受力和变形性能 .并通过理论分析、模型试验和实梁试验 ,系统地研究了支座不平整对结构力学行为的影响 ,结合秦沈客运专线建设的需要 ,最后提出工程建设各阶段中箱梁支座不平整限位值 . Prestressed concrete box girders are main beams in qin-shen line for passenger train,which is the first line for passenger transport in our country.The bearing irregularities of the girders are inevitable in process of moving,transporting and erecting because they are constructed by prefabricated assembly method.The excessively irregularity will affect seriously the performances of its force and deformation.On the basis of theoretical analysis,model test and prototype test,the paper researches systematically the influence of the bearing irregularity on mechanical actions.Finally,connecting with the needs of construction of qin-shen line for passenger train,this paper presents the allowed degrees of bearing irregularity for every stage of the engineering building.
