摘要
CAPP系统的实用化是CAD CAPP CAM技术应用的难点 ,而实用化冲压件CAPP系统 ,对提高铁路货车产品的信息化制造水平具有重要的意义 .系统介绍了针对某企业冲压工艺的实际需求 ,采用成组技术和检索式的工艺决策方法 ,在AutoCAD2 0 0 0平台上开发研制的实用化的冲压件CAPP系统功能结构、信息描述方法、工艺生成方法和数据结构 .
The practical task of CAPP system is one of the most difficult problems in application of the CAD/CAPP/CAM technology,and a CAPP for stamping parts which can meet the demand of the factory in engineering level will greatly arise the information manufacturing level of railway truck parts.In this paper,the system configuration,the information representation method,the process generating means and the data structure of a practical CAPP system are described in details.Developed on AutoCAD2000 system,this system is based on GT and the process is produced through retrieval method.
