摘要
通过对路面结构设计中关键因素的分析 ,考虑土基模量、基层厚度和基层模量三个因素 ,并根据工程经验选取相应的因素水平 ,利用正交分析方法 ,进行计算并通过直观分析得出这些关键因素对路面性能的影响。根据我国沥青路面设计规范 ,路面性能采用路面的设计指标和验算指标来表征 :路面表面弯沉、基层底部拉应力和底基层底部拉应力。分析表明 :土基模量和基层厚度对路面性能的影响至关重要 ,而基层模量的影响要小得多。土基的模量宜在 5 0~10 0MPa之间 ,基层厚度宜取 2 0cm左右。
Through analyzing the key factors in the structure design of pavement, the module of subgrade?the depth of base and the module of base should be considered chiefly. And making use of orthogonal method, the influence on pavement performance of these key factors could be known. The results show that: the module of subgrade and the depth of base have important influence on pavement performance, while the module of base has little influence. The fitting value of module of subgrade is between 50 and 100 MPa, and the fitting value of base depth is 20cm.
