摘要
本文从TR型土壤固化剂的研制入手 ,对比分析了石灰、水泥和固化剂对亚粘土的固结情况 ,并着重讨论了固化剂粒度、用量、含水量、温度、存放时间等因素对抗压强度的影响规律 ,并从试验的角度研究了不同成型与养生条件下的抗压强度以及不同固化剂掺量时的干缩特性。试验结果表明这种固化剂具有较强的实用价值和应用前景。
From the research and development of TR soil consolidator,this paper contrastively analyses the consolidation instances of clay with lime,cement and consolidator,also emphatically discusses the influence laws of the compression strength of solidified soil with the following foctors:the size and dose of consolidator,water content,tempreature and deposit time.From the point of view of experiment,this paper studies the compression strength under the conditions of different moulding methods and maintenance;and also studies dry-shrinkage properties of solidified soil with different consolidator dose.The test results showed that the TR soil consolidator has good performance with practical value and application prospect.
