协调分析方法在城市快速轨道交通规划决策中的应用

Application of Concordance Analysis in the Decision-making on Urban Rapid Rail Transit Planning

协调分析作为一种基于妥协原理的多目标评价与决策方法 ,已经在许多领域取得了成功的应用。本文利用协调分析方法建立城市快速轨道交通规划的多方案评价与决策模型 ,并给出应用实例。评价结果表明 ,利用协调分析方法进行交通规划的多目标决策 ,具有许多优点 :( 1)模型与方法综合考虑方案的优缺点 ,使得评价结果更加客观可信 ;( 2 )与一般评价方法相比较 ,协调分析方法的评价结果用协调优先指标和非协调优先指标两个数值来评价每个方案 ,得到的信息丰富 ;( 3)协调分析方法简单易行。

As a multi-objective decision-making method based on the compromise Principle concordance analysis approach has been applied successfully in many fields. By introducing concordance analysis approach, this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation and decision-making model for selection of alternative urban rapid rail transit planning with one example. The evaluation results show that the establishe concordance analysis method for transit planning has many merits: (1) With considering the advantages and disadvantages of every selection, concordance analysis makes the evaluation results more objective and confident; (2) Comparing with other evaluation approaches, the concordance analysis approach calculates the concordant priority index and disconcordant priority index to measure every selection and can obtain a lot of useful evaluation information; (3) Concordance analysis approach is proved good for comprehensive evaluation.
