摘要
利用虚拟仪器技术和神经网络成功构建了一种汽车故障诊断仪器。它具有数字万用表和汽车示波器的双重功能 ,能连续检测、记录、显示和存储电喷汽车或化油器式汽车的电子零部件或电气系统的电子波形 ;配有神经网络专家系统 ,在显示波形的同时 ,直接给出诊断结果即指示故障部件并说明原因 ,因而是一种理想的汽车在线故障诊断工具。经实车测试 ,该检测仪测量结果正确 ,可靠性高 ,完全可以替代进口的汽车测试设备。
An automobile default diagnosis instrument is successfully built by means of technology of virtual instrument and artificial neural networks. It has double functions of digital multimeter and automobile oscilloscope, may continuously check, record, display and store electric wave of automobile (with EFI system or carburetor ) electric or electronic part such as sensor, transducer or performer, etc. Equipped with neural network expert system, the instrument may directly give diagnosis result i.e. indicate automotive default part and explain corresponding reason while displaying electric wave, so is a kind of idealistic automotive on-line default diagnosis tool.The practical tests showed that the instrument is highly reliable and will be good substitute for the imported diagnosis instrument.
