我国物流中心的建设模式与策略研究

Reseach on Development Mode and Strategy of Logistics Center

物流中心的建设有利于促进商、物分离 ,推动流通现代化进程 ,实现物流资源的优化配置 ,提高物流集约化程度、创造规模效益 ,有利于城市的可持续发展。本文提出我国物流中心建设的策略、模式选择 ,依据物流供应链协作思想 ,提出区域物流中心建设的一般流程及规划、建设和经营管理“一体化”管理程序 ,最后探讨加速推进物流中心现代化进程的策略———注重第三方物流及现代电子商务培育。

With the construction of the logistics center,it is benefit to the split of commerce or goods,to promote the modernization course of circutation,to optimize allocation of the logistics resources,to raise the intensiveness of the logistics,to realize the scale ecomomic and to achieve the urban area sustainable development.This paper first proposed the development strategy and mode selection of the regional logistics center.Then based on collaborative logistics chain concept,a general integrated management mode is proposed.At last the paper discusses the strategy of advancing the development of modern logistics center-attaching more importance to cultivating the third-party logistics and the electronic-commerce.
