摘要
实验在φ280mm的有机玻璃釜中,用研磨极细的铁粉和强磁材料钕铁硼建立了釜内流动条件对粘釜影响的冷模实验。采用三叶后掠式桨和二叶推进桨研究物料在釜内的粘釜规律。冷模研究的结果针对聚合釜设计和生产具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, a cold mold experiment with magnetive material in the oranicglass (φ 280 mm) was set up. It shows how the viscidity of the autoclave changes with the flow condition. A three - bladed helical agitator with incurved blades and a two - bladed impeller are used to study this regularity in the autoclave. The result of this cold experiment has guiding sense to design and production of autoclave.
