摘要
建立了用水萃取出纺织品中痕量释放甲醛,经由2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生化后,用氢焰离子化检测器和电子捕获检测器测定的衍生气相色谱法。两种方法的检测限均为0.02μg/mL,当加入量为10μg时(n=5),变异系数分别为3.91%和3.86%,平均回收率分别为98.7%和98.9%。
Trace release formaldehyde in textiles is collected by water, derivatized with 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazine and extracted by cyclohexane. The sample is separated on HP - 5 chromatographic column and determined by flame ioniza-tion detector and electron capture detector.This method is simpdr, faster and more sensitivity than others.The limits of FOD and ECD are 0.02 μg/mL. While 10 μg formaldehyde was added ( n = 5) , the coefficients of variation are 3.91% and 3.86% .The recoveries are 98.7% and 98.9% .
