The Measure for Increasing Nitrogen Content in the Product of Sulfur Based NPK(S-NPK)

硫基氮磷钾是我国开发的高浓度、低氯含量复合肥 ,适用范围广、生产成本低 ,通过对磷铵装置的改造即可生产 ,但产品的氮含量偏低。分析了氮含量偏低的原因 ,并在 2 0 0kt/aS -NPK装置中实施 ,使产品的氮含量由 12 %提高到 14 %。基本达到了 15 - 15 -

Sulfur based NPK is a kind of high nutrition compound fertilizer with low nitrogen content developed by our country.It can be widely applied and its production cost is low.Through revamping the ammonium phosphate plant,it can be produced,but the nitrogen content in the product is rather low.In the article,the reason of the lower nitrogen content is analyzed,the measure has been used in 200 kt/a S-NPK plant,nitrogen content in the product has been increased from 12% to 14%,the specification requirement of 15-15-15 has been basically reached.
