摘要
提出了以高替代率的淀粉醋酸酯与醋酸乙烯酯接枝共聚制备生物降解淀粉塑料的新工艺 ,研究了不同工艺条件对共聚反应的影响。结果表明当选用过硫酸铵作引发剂、且其浓度为 0 0 1mol/L ,单体浓度为 2 1mol/L ,反应温度 45℃ ,聚合时间1 30min时 ,淀粉醋酸的接枝率与接枝效率较高 。
A new technology was put forward of grafting vinyl acetate and starch acetate with high degrees of substitution copolymerized to prepare a kind of biodegradable material. The factors affecting the reaction was studied, and the results show the grafting degree and efficiency are higher under the following optimal conditions: using 0.01 mol/L ammonium peroxysulfate as initiator, and 2.1 mol/L monomer, reacting under 45°C for 130 min. The technology greatly improves technological efficiency of graft compared with that using pure starch.
