摘要
本文介绍了6M32(51)氮氢气压缩机组的有关活塞环、活塞体、气缸、稀油站及系统超压问题的技术改造 ,确保改造后活塞环耐磨、气缸 ,活塞体耐用、润滑油系统稳定备用 ,气缸扩缸后的输气量增加 ,使机组系统指标进一步完善。
In this paper, the technique reforms for piston ring, piston, air cylinder, thin oil station and excessive pressure in the system were introduced. The reform will make all of the components mentioned above more durable, make the lubricating oil system stable and increase the gas volume of the air cylinder. Thus, the properties of the machine set have been further improved.
