摘要
为消除铝及铝合金铬酸盐转化槽中氟离子测定过程中铝离子的干扰 ,采用磺基水杨酸和 1 ,2 -二氨基环已烷四乙酸作为络合剂 ,研究了pH值、铝离子及铬酐对测量结果的影响 ,与常规分析方法相比 ,本方法准确度高 ,能满足实际生产的需要。
The purpose of this article was to eliminate the disturbance of aluminum ions in determination of fluoride ions in chromating bath of aluminum and its alloys. A new method was advanced with sulfosalicylic acid and 1,2-diaminocyclohexane-tetracetic acid as complexing agent. The effect of pH value, aluminum and chromic anhydride on the measured value was studied. Compared with traditional method, this method has high accuracy which meets the demand of practice.
