摘要
在当前国有企业改革中 ,公有资本所有权转移是必然的 ,是符合市场经济发展的要求的 ,也适应了建立现代企业制度的需要 。
It is inevitable that public capital proprietorship will be transferred during the reform of state enterprises.The transfer is in accordance with the requirement of developing market economy and fits for the needs of establishing modern enterprise system.In addition,it can promote the economy development in a right way.
