A Preliminary Analysis of Legalist Communication Thought in Pre-Qin Period

历来学者对先秦法家的法治主义研究颇多 ,但对其传播思想鲜有关注。值得重视的是 ,法家对传播功能、传播内容、传播体制、传播策略等方面的认识颇富创造性 。

There is a vast amount of research on what the Legalist thought about the rule of law.But few people pay attention to their communication thought.It is highly creative that the Legalist thought about the function,the content,the system,and the tactic of communication.The Legalist communication thought and practice had played a positive role on spreading the role of law,There's much in their communication thought that we can make use of for strengthening the socialist legal system and education in legality.
